Admission at Claret School is made through the prescribed application form available from the school counter after the required payment. Parents are requested to submit the form with the required photographs, certificates, and documents as guided by the school office.

Admission Process
The following steps explain how candidates can apply for admission at Claret School.
Prescribed Application Form
Candidates should apply for admission on the prescribed form, which can be obtained from the school counter after making the required payment.
Photographs to be Attached
The application should be submitted with four passport-size photographs and one stamp-size photograph of the candidate, along with one passport-size photograph each of the father and mother or guardian.
Proof of Date of Birth
For admission to Nursery, parents or guardians are required to furnish proof of date of birth issued by the municipality, panchayat, or another competent authority.
Transfer Certificate
A transfer certificate, duly signed by the Education Authorities of the district in which the previous school is located, has to be submitted at the time of admission.
Entrance Test and Final Admission
For classes other than the early classes, the candidate should have passed the previous class from a recognized school and must also pass the entrance test at Claret School.
No Change in School Records
No change in age or similar details shall be allowed in the school records after admission.
Documents Required
Parents are requested to submit the required documents along with the admission form as instructed by the school office.
Birth Certificate
Birth certificate is required as proof of date of birth, especially for admission to Nursery and early classes.
Transfer Certificate
Transfer certificate, duly signed by the concerned Education Authorities, must be submitted when applicable.
Aadhar Card Copy
A copy of the candidate’s Aadhar Card should be submitted for school records.
Passport Size Photos
Passport-size photographs are required as per the school office instruction. Parents should keep at least three recent photos ready.
Parent / Guardian Photos
One passport-size photograph each of the father and mother or guardian should be attached with the application.
Previous Class Record
For higher classes, proof of passing the previous class from a recognized school may be required.
Eligibility
Admission eligibility is based on age, previous class records, entrance test, and school norms.
LKG Admission
To be eligible for admission to LKG, the candidate should be above 3 years and 6 months of age.
Class 1 Admission
For admission to Class 1, the candidate should be 5 years and 6 months of age.
Other Classes
For other classes, the candidate should have passed the previous class from a recognized school.
Entrance Test
For other classes, the candidate must also pass the entrance test conducted at Claret School.
